RIYADH: According to plans released by the Saudi Arabian company, the Bujairi district will host the opening of Diriyah Co.’s first mixed-use commercial office and retail complex, Zallal, in the first half of 2025.
This project will include two low-rise office buildings totaling about 6,000 square meters of leasable area. Twelve mixed-use retail and food and beverage establishments spanning around 8,000 square meters will also be present. With its convenient location next to the well-liked Bujairi Terrace, Zallal will profit from being close to an area that welcomes hundreds of tourists every day.
Group CEO of Diriyah Co., Jerry Inzerillo, stated: “We are in advanced negotiations with international and local companies eager to benefit from the central location in the heart of Diriyah and the diverse range of accessible retail, F&B, and office space available. We have been delighted with the hugely positive reception that Zallal has had from the commercial sector.”
With work well under way, Zallal keeps up the exciting momentum at Diriyah and, once it opens, will profit from the hundreds of people who visit Bujairi Terrace every day, making it the latest completed area in our quickly evolving vision, he continued. According to the corporation, extensive lease negotiations with multiple enterprises and organizations are in progress, in response to the project’s highly positive reception from potential tenants.
