RIYADH — Over 16 million people have visited Riyadh Season 2024 so far, according to Turki Al-Sheikh, chairman of the General Entertainment Authority’s (GEA) Board of Directors. In a statement posted on his X account, Al-Sheikh stated, “We have reached 16 million visitors in the Riyadh Season to date, and the best is yet to come.” On October 12, 2024, the fifth season of Riyadh began.
This number, according to the GEA chief, is excellent evidence of the large number of attendees from both inside and outside the Kingdom for this international event. “This illustrates the unique variety of the season’s activities, which recently saw the opening of new areas that drew tourists from around the globe,” he said.
The 16 million visitors attest to the Riyadh Season’s remarkable success, which provides an integrated experience that includes a variety of events like boxing and wrestling matches, international concerts, unique dining options, and charming gardens, in addition to cutting-edge entertainment experiences in entirely new zones. Because hundreds of varied events, including art exhibits, plays, and entertainment activities, were planned to suit the tastes of all age groups, the season saw an astounding number of visitors from all over the world.
