JEDDAH: The forum for Global Entrepreneurship Week was wrapped off by the Jeddah Chamber of Commerce and Industry on Friday.
Strategic partners including King Abdullah University of Science and Technology, the Prince Mohammed bin Salman College of Business and Entrepreneurship, Monshaat, the Social Development Bank, the Entrepreneurship National Committee, and other private organizations participated in the two-day event, which was hosted at the chamber’s headquarters.
The chamber’s desire to promote and encourage more people to pursue entrepreneurship and to propagate the innovation culture among members of the local community gave rise to the forum.
Participants set up their pavilions, showcasing cutting-edge technology and environmentally friendly solutions that reflected the growth of the Kingdom’s most important development pillar—the entrepreneurial sector.
Following the forum, attendees had the chance to form alliances and sign contracts with both domestic and foreign businesses in an effort to support economic expansion across the Kingdom in accordance with Saudi Vision 2030.
