On Wednesday, military commanders from Saudi Arabia and the United Kingdom convened in London to discuss ways to improve joint operations and fortify defense ties. The Saudi Joint Forces commander, Lt. Gen. Fahd bin Hamad Al-Salman, met with his British counterpart, Nick Perry, to discuss strengthening military coordination and collaboration between the two countries.
A variety of subjects were discussed, such as cooperative training, intelligence sharing, and methods to strengthen regional and international security. In order to achieve common objectives, both parties emphasized the significance of continuing cooperation in military operations.
The Saudi Press Agency claims that the summit demonstrated a dedication to strengthening defense cooperation so that both nations can successfully address new security threats.
