How Lumi Rental Boosted Profits by 10% in 2025: Key Growth Drivers

RIYADH: The net profit of Saudi Arabia’s Lumi Rental Co. rose by 9.9% in 2025 to SR198.1 million ($52.81 million) thanks to higher lease income and better vehicle pricing. The Saudi car rental company reported in a Tadawul filing that its revenue rose 7.7% year over year to SR1.67 billion, thanks to growth in its main leasing and rental activities.

The corporation made more money per vehicle instead of expanding its fleet. According to the Tadawul filing, rental prices per vehicle went up 18.9 percent and lease earnings per vehicle went up 11.5 percent. The entire fleet stayed largely the same at 34,400 vehicles.

In the regulatory filing, Lumi’s CEO Azfar Shakeel noted, “This year was a display of solid execution for Lumi.” “We kept growing in our main rental and leasing operations. We “tightened our margins while keeping a close eye on costs and capital deployment.”

The firm’s earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) rose 8.8% to SR764.6 million. The EBITDA margin also grew slightly to 45.8%, indicating the company maintained consistent pricing and stable operational costs per vehicle.
