Along with the opening of a new integrated animal shelter in Warsan, Dubai Municipality has expanded veterinary services and strengthened the emirate’s animal welfare ecosystem by launching a dedicated digital pet adoption portal.
The new facility, which is situated in the Birds and Pets Market in Warsan, supports responsible pet ownership and the sustainable management of stray companion animals while offering veterinary care, rehabilitation, adoption services, and contemporary animal care facilities.
As part of Dubai’s humanitarian ideals and forward-thinking urban setting, the project demonstrates Dubai Municipality’s dedication to fostering compassion, safeguarding animal welfare, and promoting responsible pet ownership. Before being paired with appropriate adoptive homes, the shelter’s animals get thorough treatment in compliance with globally accepted health and welfare standards.
According to Dubai Municipality, the project advances the goals of the Dubai Civility Committee by improving the city’s urban environment and encouraging good community behavior as part of the daily experiences of locals and visitors.
