As demand keeps up with the emirate’s residential development pipeline, over three out of every four homes now under construction in Dubai have already been sold, according to a recent analysis by fête Properties. According to the research, 425,863, or 75.5%, of the 564,072 residential units under development in Dubai have already been sold.
80,127, or 82.9%, of the 96,585 houses that were supposed to be turned over in 2026 have already been sold. This includes 95% of the 5,376 villas and 82% of the 91,209 apartments that are scheduled for completion this year.
Apartments in Al Wasl and villas in Wadi Al Safa 5, Nad Al Sheba First, and Al Hebiah Sixth are among the regions where properties that are scheduled to be turned over this year are completely absorbed. 92.8% of the 2,324 apartments in Jumeirah Lakes Towers have been occupied, and 93.5% of the 2,397 flats at Palm Jumeirah that were scheduled for delivery this year have already been sold.
Of the 6,248 flats being built in Downtown Dubai, 92.2% have already been sold, including 96.6% of those that are scheduled to be turned over this year. Of the 30,317 apartments under construction in Business Bay, 82.8% have already been sold; this percentage rises to 88.7% for units scheduled for delivery in 2026.
