Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif, the Chairman of the Supreme Hajj Committee and Minister of the Interior, witnessed the yearly military procession of the Hajj security forces, as well as the agencies in charge of Hajj affairs and pilgrims engaged in carrying out the overall schedule for the current Hajj season.
The minister reiterated that the security personnel for the Hajj are prepared to fulfill their duties in maintaining pilgrims’ security and safety.
Leading government figures, including security force commanders and Prince Sultan bin Mishal, the deputy emir of the Makkah region, and Madinah Emir Prince Salman bin Sultan, attended the ceremony on Monday in Makkah.
The parade showed how prepared the security forces taking part in this year’s Hajj security mission were to offer the utmost security and safety to God’s visitors so they may easily and comfortably complete the Hajj rituals.
There were also other military demonstrations and exercises, one of which featured an examination of the most well-known contemporary devices utilized in this year’s Hajj pilgrimages. The mechanisms, security planes, and types of aircraft that would be employed in this year’s Hajj were showcased during the parade, following a number of aviation shows that monitored equipment and human crowding at the Holy Sites.
