RIYADH: When it hosts the 10th Regional Forum of the International Union for Conservation of Nature, Saudi Arabia will serve as the hub for environmental conservation in West Asia. Set for September 9–11 in Riyadh, the occasion will represent a critical turning point in the development of the Kingdom’s environmental leadership.
The National Centre for Wildlife Development is hosting the forum, which will include more than 200 experts and specialists.
Razan Al Mubarak, the president of the IUCN, and Abdulrahman Al-Fadhli, the Saudi minister of agriculture, water, and the environment, are among the attendees.
IUCN members in West Asia can work together, exchange ideas, and address urgent environmental issues at this biennial conference. It provides a forum for participants to share thoughts, talk about prevalent ecological problems, and create practical plans for protecting the environment.IUCN President Razan Al Mubarak will attend the International Union for Conservation of Nature’s 10th Regional Forum.
