From Dubai’s latest Golden Visa service and a significant AED18bn ($4.9bn) infrastructure package to passport-free UAE airport transit and the future of Jeddah Tower, the Gulf continues to unveil ambitious new projects and reforms.
This week also offers information on UAE school holidays until 2029, the property market, Etihad Rail’s record passenger debut, Carrefour’s premium retail strategy, and MGM’s Dubai resort schedule. It places residency guidance inside the home purchase process for eligible buyers across its portfolio.
Applications would go through an accredited visa service provider while Meraas and Nakheel will function purely as facilitators. Abdulaziz Mohammed Al Mulla, Director General of the Federal Tax Authority (FTA), announced plans to expand the pool of trained tax experts in the country.
Existing customers can also utilize the service, according to Dubai Holding Real Estate, which stated the setup allows purchasers in-person help on eligibility, documents and application procedures at the same place where they select a home.
Dubai Holding Real Estate said the solution is created around the moment where purchase decisions occur, offering sales teams, brokers and purchasers a unified procedure inside the sales facility rather than transferring consumers to different channels for property and residency steps.
