How Aramco Became the Middle East’s Most Valuable Brand for the 7th Year

RIYADH: Saudi Aramco has maintained its status as the Middle East’s most valuable brand for the seventh year in a row, as the state oil company expanded its market footprint amid unpredictable crude prices and geopolitical tensions.

According to Brand Finance, Saudi Aramco’s brand value increased 14 percent year on year to $47.3 billion, driven by increased oil production following the relaxing of OPEC+ output curbs and the company’s continuous expansion.

This comes while the oil corporation maintains solid investment-grade credit ratings from key agencies, indicating its considerable operating scale and vast hydrocarbon reserves. Fitch Ratings rates the company A+, while Moody’s Ratings rates it Aa3.

“Saudi Aramco’s growth was supported by increased production, with output rising to around 10 million barrels per day between April and the third quarter of 2025,” Brand Finance reported. Aramco was followed by UAE energy behemoth Abu Dhabi National Oil Co., which came in second with a brand worth of $21.13 billion.

Saudi telecom giant stc, with a brand value of $17.6 billion, finished in third place, having effectively expanded its brand beyond traditional telecoms into high-growth adjacencies such as finance, cybersecurity, cloud, and IT services by 2025.
