RIYADH: The chairman of the General Entertainment Authority announced on Thursday that the first entertainment-focused business park and corporate resort in Saudi Arabia was finished. Located in Riyadh’s Boulevard City, Boulevard Business Park is the first stage of a larger private-sector-led renovation of the Boulevard district. It was constructed at a cost of more than SR1 billion ($267 million).
The development includes corporate headquarters, retail stores, co-working spaces, over 1,300 parking spaces, and over 60,000 square meters of leasable office space spread across nine buildings. The project was finished with the help of King Salman and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, according to GEA Chairman Turki Alalshikh, who also called it a significant achievement for the Kingdom’s economic diversification initiative, Vision 2030.
“Saudi determination has no bounds, and the best is yet to come, God willing,” he declared. Sela will oversee and run Boulevard Business Park, created in collaboration with Hay Developments and the REQ Real Estate Fund, managed by BSF Capital.
