As a rising senior at Dubai College, Aaditya Nair has demonstrated an enthusiasm for debate and public speaking since childhood, recognizing the transformative power of effective communication. Through his engagement in competitive events and forums, he has refined his ability to articulate persuasive arguments and leverage the influence of voice to drive meaningful social impact.

This passion inspired Aaditya to grow a non-profit organization WordswithChange. Originating as a small-scale project in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Aaditya’s endeavor rapidly expanded into a full-time job, collaborating with local educational institutions and centers throughout the UAE. With a single mission to cultivate the art of reading and reignite the significance of having an education, he successfully built an organization dedicated to nurturing a love of learning and promoting academic excellence.

Education inequality is a massive issue that spreads fast in our world today. Aditya shares that, through reading, empowering young kids through education, and sharing their voices they can make a strong impact too. To unite a world that is so polarized today, the aim is to ultimately foster a united community where the youth become a force for change in their neighborhoods and to be leaders of tomorrow. And all this can be done through the power of education, which is reinforced through the WordswithChange mission.

While envisioning the future, Aaditya Nair plans to do a Major in Public Policy and Government. Moreover, as the CEO of WordswithChange, he plans to grow his organization further, attracting new audiences, absorbing new experiences, and creating new stories. While as a team at WordswithChange, their future goal is to expand into other countries in the Middle East such as Saudi Arabia and Lebanon targeting more demographics where education is at stake. Aaditya and his team want to reinforce education equity as a right, not a privilege regardless of sex, race, gender, or economic status.
