RIYADH: As part of its food security project, the Saudi humanitarian organisation KSrelief has persisted in supplying food aid to the most susceptible communities in Yemen, Lebanon, and Sudan.
30,562 people benefited from the 4,158 food baskets that KSrelief distributed throughout the Shabwah governorate of Yemen.
The organisation carried on carrying out the Al-Amal Charitable Bakery project in the districts of Al-Minieh and Akkar Governorate in Lebanon.
Last week, the bakery helped 125,000 people by providing 25,000 bags of bread every day to Syrian and Palestinian families in need as well as the host community in northern Lebanon.
As part of the second phase of the food security support project in Kassala State, Sudan, KSrelief has distributed 700 food boxes to 4,172 members of the neediest families.
In the Shabwah governorate of Yemen, KSrelief provided 4,158 food baskets to 30562 people in various districts. Al-Amal Charitable Bakery project in Akkar Governorate and Al-Min was carried out by the organisation in Lebanon.
