Riyadh is Hosting the Third Global Conference for Giftedness and Creativity

RIYADH: A select group of professionals and gifted people in the fields of science, technology, and innovation gathered in Riyadh on Sunday for the third edition of the Global Conference for Giftedness and Creativity.

Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, the governor of the Riyadh region, opened the three-day conference, which, according to the Saudi Press Agency, drew more than 300 gifted people and local and foreign speakers from more than 50 nations.The King Abdullah Petroleum Studies and Research Center (KAPSARC) is hosting the conference, which is being organized by the King Abdulaziz and His Companions Foundation for Giftedness and Creativity, or “Mawhiba,” until Tuesday.

The conference, which has as its theme “Beyond Creative Minds,” intends to highlight the potential of talented people, create a comprehensive care system to support them, strengthen integration and strategic collaborations, and expand chances for international collaboration and exchange.

According to the SPA report, a variety of cultural trips and an exhibition are taking place alongside the conference.
