Aviation Program Opens New Opportunities for Young Talent

JEDDAH: To attract and prepare talented Saudi graduates for professions in the aviation industry, Jeddah Airports Co. has started a 12-month development program. The “Future Talents Program” offers participants the chance to develop the professional and leadership abilities required to operate in an airport setting by fusing accredited training with real-world experience.

The firm characterised the project as an investment in promising national talent in a post on its official X account, @JedcoKSA. It stated that the program’s specialised professional and training tracks are intended to attract new graduates.

The program, according to the business, intends to develop Saudi capabilities that will support its expansion and help the aviation industry expand in the future. In addition to access to approved training programs, participants will get a monthly wage and health insurance. To improve their professional skills and prepare for longer-term career opportunities in the industry, they will also gain practical experience. Candidates must be Saudi citizens under 25. They must be recent graduates with a bachelor’s or master’s degree with a minimum GPA of 4 out of 5 or 3 out of 4.
