62% of UAE Businesses Are Optimising for AI Search: What the Report Reveals

According to recent Salesforce research, approximately two-thirds of UAE companies are already modifying their digital content for AI-powered search as consumers increasingly start making purchases thru conversational assistants rather than conventional search engines.

According to Salesforce, 62% of UAE companies have produced or optimized content for conversational and question-based questions, 61% have enhanced the quality of their product content, and the same percentage have expanded their online presence.

Additionally, 58% have sent data flows straight to AI search engines, 37% have optimized product descriptions for natural language searches, and 31% keep an eye on how their brands show up in AI-generated results.

For the upcoming year, UAE commerce leaders now prioritize implementing or growing artificial intelligence over increasing omnichannel capabilities, growing the customer base, reacting to changing buyer behaviour, and enhancing data quality.

According to Salesforce, traffic referred via AI chats jumped by 150% to 428% during the measured quarters, while the adoption of agentic search as the initial step in a buying experience increased by 200% globally.
